Celebrating Our First Year in Business!

As we celebrate 13 months of partnership, we at Grafton AG want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers who have given us the opportunity to support their businesses. Your trust and collaboration have been instrumental in our journey, and we are immensely thankful.

Our first 12 months have been met with many hurdles as expected, but it has also created several exciting opportunities for us which we would like to share with you!

We look forward to supporting you and your businesses now and into the future.

Sincerely,

Grafton AG

New Franchise Opportunity Confirmed!

We are excited to announce that Grafton AG has been appointed a dealer for AGRA-GPS! The Canadian manufacturer has been established since 2019, manufacturing its three main products: The JD CAN-Bridge, ITC Extend, and now the CRG (Chameleon RTK Receiver).

Grafton AG will be able to supply, install, optimize, and support the range of AGRA-GPS products across Victoria and Central & Southern New South Wales.

So if you have a mixed fleet of machinery that you are looking to use with your John Deere guidance systems, or have an ITC receiver gathering dust in the back of the shed, or are looking for a much cheaper way of gaining RTK accuracy and repeatability then look no further. We hopefully have the answer for you!

The JD CAN Bridge can convert information from most tractor, combine and forager brands so that it can talk to John Deere’s guidance system and screen.

The ITC Extend is a “Plug & Play” device that allows you to reuse your ITC Receivers

Introducing The CRG (Chameleon RTK Guidance) Receiver/Bridge. An RTK-capable GPS receiver AND a JD-Bridge!

For more information on these products please visit our website at https://graftonag.au or you can follow the links on our website to the AGRA-GPS Australia webpage.

Grafton AG is Expanding its Workforce!

We are very pleased to announce that starting with us on Monday, 24th February is Bailey Carver. Bailey has come to us from Hutcheon & Pearce in Albury, where he enjoyed 5 years in the Service Department, successfully completing his Cert III apprenticeship at TAFE. Bailey brings with him a large amount of experience on John Deere products, and we are very excited to have Bailey onboard.

Bailey will be working with Chris until Easter time, until our new fully equipped service truck arrives, enabling us to have two service vehicles on the road and allowing us to complete jobs more efficiently.

A/C Repairs are now Possible with Grafton AG!

We have just recently completed our ARCtick RTA handlers license for A/C gas which enables us to purchase R134A gas which is very common on most modern-day vehicles.

With all the required A/C tooling and experience available to us A/C repairs should be straight forward!

We are extending this service to our John Deere machinery owners only at present due to our high-volume workload.

We are Striving to Improve our Services Everyday!

Improving Our Services and Commitment to John Deere Products

As mentioned above, we are extremely grateful for your service and support, which has enabled us to establish a strong customer base in a short space of time. This significant growth has, however, increased our workload substantially. In several cases, our response time to get to some of the “non-urgent” or “get-here-when-you-can” jobs has not been acceptable on our end, and for that, we offer our sincere apologies.

Extending on our workload and timeframe for job completion, we have decided to focus our business 100% solely on the inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of John Deere products. We have invested heavily in many John Deere special tools, including our Service Advisor package, to quickly and professionally fix your John Deere products.

We are striving to improve our services every day and are confident that these changes will help us serve you better. Your patience and continued support are greatly appreciated as we grow and adapt to meet your needs more effectively.
